The fine print, in plain English
- Prices cover homes up to 2,500 sq ft. Larger homes get a quote after a two-minute video walkthrough.
- First visit is usually a deep clean, then recurring visits drop to the standard rate.
- We do not charge a cancellation fee unless we are already at your door.
- Tips are never expected. If you leave one, it goes to the cleaner, whole.

Everything people ask before booking
Do I need to be home?
No, and most clients aren’t. Leave a key or a door code and we log it in a secured system. You get a text when we arrive and another when we leave.
What if something isn’t right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo that area at no charge. No forms, no argument, no “that wasn’t in the scope”.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes — everything, including a HEPA vacuum and fresh microfiber for each home. If you prefer specific products, leave them out and we will use yours instead.
Are you insured?
Licensed, bonded and insured. Every cleaner is background-checked and employed by us, never subcontracted.
What about pets?
They can stay. Tell us their names and habits when you book — we will keep doors closed and work around them.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Card on file, charged after the clean is done. No contract: reschedule, skip or cancel free up to 24 hours before your visit.
How long does a cleaning take?
A standard clean of a 3-bed, 2-bath home takes about 2.5 to 3 hours with two cleaners. A deep clean of the same home takes 5 to 6.
Do you clean the same day I book?
Often yes, depending on the route. Same-day and next-day slots appear when you pick a date.
