- To quote, schedule and carry out the cleaning you asked for.
- To contact you about that request, by phone, text, WhatsApp or email.
- To improve the website and understand which pages people actually use.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your address with anyone outside the team assigned to your home.
- We do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
Third parties
- This site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages, which logs standard request data.
- If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is handled under WhatsApp’s own policy.
- Payment, when applicable, is processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers.
Your rights
- Ask us what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you. We act on these within 30 days.
